An alternative start for Avengers Endgame

The beginning of Endgame could have been made more lively by making Thanos able to defend himself against the Avengers despite his damaged glove, perhaps preventing him from using more than two gems at a time.

This would have made for an interesting fight and would have done more justice to Thanos’ character.

Another interesting modification could be Thanos faking his death by using the Reality Gem, similarly to how he did in Infinity War.

It would have been a nice twist to the opening of Endgame if Thanos had stayed alive and plotted without the Avengers’ knowledge.
