If Captain America: Civil War teams were made of their most powerful versions

The outcome of the battle would probably be the opposite.

On Tony’s side we have: Blanck Panther, Iron man, Spider Man, Vision, Black Widow, and War Machine.

On Cap’s side: Scarlet Witch, Captain America, The winter soldier, Falcon, Ant man, and Hawkeye.

In team Iron man, only Tony, Black Panther, and Spider Man later received upgrades, all marginal except Tony’s one. We would thus have Tony with the Mk 85, Spider-Man with the Iron Spider, and Black Panther able to redirect kinetic energy with his latest suit.

In team Cap, however, almost everyone received major upgrades.

We would indeed have Cap with the shield and Mjölnir, which would be on par with Thor, Wanda as Scarlet Witch, thus extremely dangerous, Bucky with the wakandian vibranium arm, Falcon with shield and wakandian suit in vibranium, and even Hawkeye with the upgraded arrows we saw in the Hawkeye series.

It does not take long to realize that a power gap is created in favor of team Cap, that would likely win more times than not.
