What I would change about MCU’s Hulk

In the MCU, Hulk had a small story arc split into three films: Thor Ragnarok, Infinity War and Endgame.

Nothing to say about his character in Thor Ragnarok. It is a nice reference to the comics and it also makes sense that from a savage state, over time his personality begins to evolve and learn as a human.

More disappointing, however, was the follow-up in Infinity War and Endgame. For several reasons.

In Infinity War, the relationship between Banner and the Hulk should have been explored more. Instead of having them fight ‘on the outside’, by transforming parts of Bruce’s body, I would have made it an interesting psychological conflict set in their minds, an idea actually considered but discarded for the film.

The two would come to a reconciliation through this inner dialogue, just in time for the fight in Infinity War against Kull Obsidian.

The next change would concern Endgame instead.
